This tutorial [link] /really/ helped, I mean extremely. the trick is to use as many shades of the colors you're using as possible to make it look real and not, well, fake. xD I used the push/smudge tool, soften tool, and soft brushes a lot.
I /hate/ the burn tool on eyes because I can /never/ get the eyeliner to look good!
